Software will not accept "$0.07" as an entry in Box 1 of 1099R. What should I do?

The IRS rounds that down to zero, so just omit the entire 1099-R.

Thanks for the answer. It makes sense. How wonderful it would be if TT software had a pop up window with that same information when someone tries to enter a value of a few pennies. How much effort would that take?
