Should they ask about my 2023 social security lump sum when I already filed for it?

Is the lump sum supposed to be added to your 2024 when it was given in 2022 and filed for on 2023?

No, you would only indicate that you received a lump sum payment if you got it during 2024.  You do not need to report anything about any lump sum payments received before 2024.
