Should roth ira contributions be reported in the tax break sections if they were already filled out in the W-2 wages and earnings section?

No, they should not be entered in a second time.

FYI ... the 401K or 403B   ROTH contributions listed on the W-2 form are NOT the same thing as a ROTH IRA contribution ... so the 401K or 403B  ROTH contributions listed on the W-2 box 12 using code AA or BB  is NEVER entered in the ROTH IRA contribution section of the TT program ....  although they share some of the same letters they are NOT the same animal.
