Should I claim my deceased sibling's SSA-1099 amount on my return when it was paid to me even though it has his social security number?

the SSA benefits were paid out after his death to me.

No, you do not enter social security benefits that were paid through his social security number on your tax return. The amount you received is not taxable if you did not receive a tax form.
