Should I be reporting interest earned on a Traditional IRA CD account if it has not yet matured (and will not for 2 more years)?

No, you do not report interest earned on a CD held in a Traditional IRA account. You do not pay taxes on the earnings in your IRA account.  You are not taxed until you take a distribution.
