SERS Ohio Teachers Retirement contributions. Does that amount get listed under "Additional contributions/ABLE."

Where do I list teachers retirement contributions I made as required by my state?

The teachers retirement should have been on your W-2 most likely in box 12.  If you entered it from your W-2 you do not enter it anywhere a second time.
