If you moved your traditional IRA from custodian to another custodian, you should have received a Form 1099-R from the first IRA custodian.
You can import or upload your 1099-R, or manually enter the information yourself.
Here's how to navigate to the 1099-R section:
Did you get a 1099R for it? What code is in box 7? Is it a G? After you enter the 1099R you might get several questions asking what you did with it. Pick I moved it to another retirement account even if you put it back into the same account. You moved it from a Traditional IRA to another Traditional IRA? It should show up on your 1040 line 4a and 0 taxable on 4b with the word Rollover by it.
@Rav2 there is no form generated, and no tax reporting requirement, when you move money directly from one administrator to another and there is no change in the type of deferred account (i.e. you didn't go from a 401k to a Trad IRA or from a Trad IRA to a Roth IRA)
don't worry about it.
