[removed] has a SSA-1099 do I need to enter

If she is your dependent, you do not enter her SSA-1099 on  your tax return at all. If that is the only income she has, then she doesn't file a return to report it either. If she has other income that meets the filing requirements in IRS Publication 501, then she has to file her own tax return.

If she is required to file then you must enter all of her income including the SSA-1099.

What makes some one required to file also where do I enter it. When I selected social security benefits Hermalinda's name did not appear just my husband's and I
