Received SSA 1099 but Box 5 says none, do I report an SSA 1099 despite not having actually received any benefits?

Last SS payment was supposed to be received in 2021 so not sure why I got this document at all. Putting the SSA 1099 on my Turbotax with zeroes seems to have thrown everything for a loop with the review function trying to tell me I input 999 billion in multiple fields (I did not do that).

No, you do not need to add Form SSA-1099 which has no amounts recorded. Do not enter the form in your return.
