I received a 1099R from an life insurance company. It shows a gross distribution of a few hundred dollars, but $0 taxable amount because I did not actually receive anything. I am told this is some sort of fee or something on the John Hancock end. However, TT program asks what I did with the money. Either I moved it or I spent it. I didn't do either of these things. How do I answer this?
