Are you referring to mailing addresses for IRS form 1099-R Distributions from Pensions Annuities Retirement or Profit Sharing Plans?  

 

What are the complete addresses that are you having trouble with?

 

Consider reviewing the state and Zip code combinations.  Many times, we see error messages when an incorrect state code has been entered.

 

I put in exactly what is on the document— after 4 hrs I printed it out and mailed it. I will never use TurboTax again. Of course, the error did not show till I paid!   NEVER AGAIN!!!!
