Payments reported for the 2021 1040, should only be for W2 withholding. However, Other Withholdings are reported but there are none that I included in the step-by-step.

To clarify

are you seeing this on line 25c on your 1040, or on a screen in the program?

What TurboTax program are you using, Online or Desktop?

Online program and I see in the program under Taxes you've paid, Wittholdings, W2 and other. W2 puts add up but there aren't any other reported? Could turbo have an error?

I believe the screen you are looking at adds up all the taxes you have paid in, which would include federal withholdings, state and local withholdings and estimated taxes.

You can verify that the tax withheld on your federal return is correctly stated by looking at form 1040, line 25.

You can view your form 1040 while working in the online version of TurboTax by following these steps:

While working on your return in the Federal section of TurboTax:

   1.  Choose the Tax Tools icon on your left menu bar

   2.  Tools

   3.  View Tax Summary

   4.  Choose the Preview my 1040 on your left menu bar
