PA STATE doesn't tax on pension, I got RMD from TIAA. It is show as state income in state and i am taxed! is it not wrong?

During the state interview,  you were asked what type of retirement income was represented by each 1099R.  How you answered this question determines how the program treats this income.

If box 7 of your 1099R contains a 7 (but not 7D), the retirement income is not taxed by PA, select "I qualify, plan qualify".
