Only part of my IRA account value is inherited from my husband's IRA account. Should I check the " I inherited this IRA" box?

Yes, you should. When you inherit an IRA from a deceased spouse, you can treat the account as if it is your own IRA.

Once you answer Yes, this is an inherited IRA, you will be asked if the original owner was your spouse. After that, the IRA is treated as your IRA account. These questions ensure that the rules regarding inherited IRAs are followed.

No, you should not.  Once you moved the funds to your own IRA they are no longer considered to be inherited.
