One question I am getting is Did You Inherit the IRA from NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC?. I inherited it from my aunt and NFS is an agent, So would I still choose yes?

Yes.  I guess that screen is not worded well.  It should say something like "did you inherit the IRA that is held at _______".
