On the IRA Contributions Results page it shows that I have contributions towards my traditional IRA. But, I did a back door Roth.. Shouldn't this line read zero?

No, the first step to a back door Roth conversion is to make a non-deductible contribution to your Traditional IRA.  It would be normal to show that a Traditional IRA contribution was made.
