On Schedule E, I answered NO to "did you make any payments that would require you to file Form(s) 1099?" the review is forcing me to answer the next question " If YES."?

Review your Rental Property Info page.  Edit the Required to send a 1099 question.  If you paid an unincorporated entity more than $600 for business services, you are required to provide a 1099-NEC to the individual or entity.

I had accidentally answered yes at one point and changed it to no but the review keeps flagging it as if I answered yes, i finally deleted the rental property and started over and its fine now.
