On my pay stub this year it shows a 401k and 401K B contributions. Can someone explain the difference? Online I'm only seeing a 403k B which doesn't apply to me.

It is likely a typo on your pay stub unless they are marking your contributions as your 401K and your employer matching contributions as 401K B to differentiate between yours and theirs.  Otherwise, your options would be 401K and 403B
