Not sure what to do with a form 1099-R from the company I quit working for in 2019. I don't remember cashing out a 401k or receiving any retirement money.

What typically happens to the money when you get a form 1099-R after quitting a company?
I'm not sure how to answer the turbo tax questions about this form 1099-R because I don't remember getting any money. Would it have rolled over to another account somewhere? I'm not aware of any. There is an amount listed  in the "Gross distribution" box, but the taxable amount (box 2a) is 0, so I don't think this was paid to me.

Please help me figure this out.
Thank you!

What code is in box 7?  You might have to ask the plan or company.  Did you maybe have a 401K Loan you didn't pay back when you left?
