It depends on how you reported the information.  Here's the correct format for reporting Railroad retirement.

1. Go to income
2. Go to retirement plans and social security.
3. Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB 1099)
4. When the next screen appears, be sure you check Railroad Retirement Benefits (Form RRB -1099)

I think you may have enter this as a 1099R and this is why you are being asked these questions. If this is the case, delete your entries and then enter this in the menu path outlined above.
