Nobody will claim me on their return; however Turbotax says HSA contributions are taxable. This is wrong. How can I get Turbotax to fix the error?

In order to contribute to an HSA, you must be enrolled in a qualified HDHP, not covered under a secondary health insurance plan, not enrolled in Medicare, and can’t be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s tax return.   If another taxpayer is entitled to claim the individual as a dependent, the individual cannot claim a deduction for an HSA contribution. This is true even if the other person does not actually claim the dependent.
