My Wife is voluteering at our Temple and she is compensated a small amount for her time and effort. She got 1099-MISC for the payment. Where should this be reported?

Tell TurboTax that you have self-employment income and received a 1099-misc.  It will walk you through a schedule-C and fill it out for you.
