My wife is the trustee of a revocable trust. Her soc sec number is nowhere on th account. Do we have to file the 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-INT with OUR personal taxes??

We received no money from this trust except the annual required distribution, but this info in not on these 1099’s.

No.
But, the trust must file a trust income tax return (form 1041) and issue a schedule K-1, to the beneficiary, for  the annual required distributions

Next question: is my brokerage firm the one that is supposed to handle the trust’s taxes and issue the K-1?
