My wife is the trustee of a revocable trust. Her soc sec number is nowhere on th account. Do we have to file the 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-INT with OUR personal taxes??

No. But, the trust must file a trust income tax return (form 1041) and issue a schedule K-1, to the beneficiary, for the annual required distributions

Next question: is my brokerage firm the one that is supposed to handle the trust’s taxes and issue the K-1?
