My wife is on Workman's Compensation. What line(s) do I need to enter the monthly amount she's receiving and how do we avoid having to pay taxes on it?

We did not receive a 1099-R or any other type of paperwork from the Federal Gov't regarding this.

Workman's compensation is not entered on a tax return.

Workmans's compensation is not taxable so you do not enter it on your tax return.
