If she is receiving Social Security disability she will get a SSA1099 from Social Security. If she is receiving some other sort of disability benefits then it could be on a W-2 or some kind of 1099.
A SSA1099 must be entered on your tax return.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security(SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
Did she get any form for it like a SSA-1099 or 1099R or W2? Who is the payments from?
If she gets ssi (Supplemental Security Income) that is not the same as Social Security or SSDI. You don't get a SSA-1099 for ssi and it is not reported at all.
