My wife has income from trust and the Receipient's # on the 1099R is not her S.S. number that's on our other 1099Rs. How do I report this?

Taxes were withheld from the Distribution. How does this show up on our IRS record since it was sent with different Receipient #?

"How do I report this?"

It is unclear whether the trust is the recipient but, if so, then the fiduciary (trustee) of the trust needs to file a Form 1041 for the trust to include the income from the 1099-R.
