My wife and I want to file on-line. We are W2 employees. I have a 1099MISC and my wife has a SSA 1099 because her mother died. What product/how do we file?

If your 1099-misc has income included in box 7:

You are considered self-employed and TurboTax Deluxe or higher will be needed to complete your return. If you don't have any expenses related to your form 1099-misc to deduct then TurboTax Deluxe will handle all of your income. However, if you do have expenses then you will need to use TurboTax Self-Employed.

If your 1099-misc has income included in box 3:

You are not considered self-employed and qualify to use TurboTax Deluxe.
