MY WIFE AND I BOTH HAVE A 1099R.WILL THEY BE ADDED TOGETHER FOR MY TAXES.

Report each separately and the program will sum them. 

Yes if you file a Joint return all the income for both of you goes on it.  Be sure to select the right spouse when you enter each 1099R or W2 or any other 1099 forms.
