My turbo tax software is calculating my NJ Pension Exclusion at $ 30000. is this correct, I think it should be $15000

Line 27A  is $30000 along with 27 C

It is $30,000 for a single person for 2017. It was $15,000 for 2016, and goes up again for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
