My state taxes have still yet to be debited from my checking account but I believe I declared an auto withdrawal for a day or two ago. Should I be worried? What to do?

It's nothing to worry about.  State department's of revenue are very busy right now and delays in processing payments to and from taxpayers are common.  If they haven't drafted the payment this time next week it would be something you need to look in to.
