MY SON DID NOT RECEIVE A 1099 FORM, BUT WISHES TO PAY TAXES ON THE INCOME HE RECEIVES

He can claim his non W-2 income without a 1099-MISC, by following the below link:

Simply follow these steps to enter your income from self-employment

If his expenses paid for to earn his income is minimal, he nay be able to downgrade to TurboTax Deluxe.
