My pension plan monthly installment statement has no Payer TIN

The statement is not a 1099R its just a statement with no payer TIN. How do I enter this in income?

If you are getting monthly pension benefits then you should have a

1099R.

You need to get it from the plan or from their website.

Contact the Payer of the pension.  They are required to provide you a Form 1099-R for the pension income received for the year.  They are also required to provide the IRS the same information using Form 1099-R.
