My only job is working on our rentals/finding tenants. In 2018, I had the 750 hours. I will not have those hours in 2019. Can I be a Pro one year and not the next?

I did major repairs to two rental homes in another state bringing me over the 750 hours.  I will not have those repairs this year.

Yes, you can, but read about it in this non-technical article from a well-respected accounting source, because there's more to it than you think

Thank you for that link.  There is a lot to it and I decided not to be a pro!
