My only income is Social Security, totaling $37K. This is a combination of both my and my husbands social security. Do I need to file taxes?

Does he have any other income?  If you only get SS you do not need to file.  Unless you didn't get any of the Stimulus payments #1 and #2 or qualify for more.  Then you need to file to get it.

Full disclosure, there was a $70 interest income from a saving account...
