My husband received two w-2 form for a lawsuit settlement. one of the w-2 only has box14 filled as "SID %5.25" and doesn't have other boxes filled. What should I do?

It  seems the return containing w-2 without income in box1, cannot be e-filed. What I can do to avoid this?

If there is no amount in the other boxes you don’t have to file that W-2.

Thanks for the reply.

I was thinking to carry this Box14 numbers (there was typo in my previous question: it is filled as "SDI $5.25") to the other w-2's Box14. All the income & tax withhold are reported in the other w-2 form, only Box14 is reported in separated form...

You could do that if want. It won’t affect your tax liability.
