My husband has a 1099-R from R.I, Employees Retirement Systems Pooled Trust. He worked for our city municipality. Can't find how to list this income?

3. Select IRA, 401-K, Pension Plans (1099-R)
4. Select the correct form (Be sure it's the correct person)
5. Enter the information from your 1099-R
