MY HUSBAND GETS DISABILITY AND GOT A SSA- 1099. ME HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN ALSO RECEVIED ONE DO I NEED TO INCLUDE THESE SSA-1099 FORMS ME AND MY KIDS GOT.

You will not have to enter the SSA1099's for the kids, but you do need to enter your and your spouse's, as well as your W-2.

I WORKED HIS WIFE AND WAITING TO GET A W2 FROM MY JOB.  MY HUSBAND GETS RSDI SO ME AND MY KIDS GET A LITTLE FROM HIS RSDI. ALL THE FORMS CAME IN MY KIDS NAME. TY
