My employer contributes to my 401. Is that already figured in my W-2's, or do I have to make separate entries?

Employer contributions to a 401(k) tax deferred retirement account are not reported on a tax return.  Only your elective deferrals to the 401(k) account are included on the return.  Since the contributions are already included in the W-2 that has been entered, those contributions are not entered again on your tax return.
