My children receive ss check due to my disability, they are all under 18 yoa. Do I have to list their checks? 1099

No.  The SS checks is their income for tax purposes, not your income.  It is reported on the child's income tax return if they otherwise are required to file a return.  Each child should receive a SSA1099-R with their social security number listed.
