My box 15 has more than six numbers in it. It’s saying I can only have six and won’t let me submit. I don’t know what to do.

I am assuming that this is box 15 on your W2 which contains the State ID number.  If you have more than six numbers there and the system will only let you enter six then enter the first six digits.  Make sure to omit spaces or dashes.
