My AZ return has a AZ 323 form requiring a date on it.... I did not contribute to that private school on 2021 so there should not be a form? Plz help to remove?

In the Arizona section, check the box that says "I contributed to a private school (even though you didn't).  When you continue it will show the school and also a button that says "delete."  Click on the delete button.

You can also use the "Delete a form" function in TurboTax online versions.

1. "Tax Tools" in the Left hand menu
2. "Tools"
3. "Delete a Form" in the main screen
4. Scroll down to find the AZ form 323
5. Select it
6. "Delete"
7. "Confirm Deletion"
