My address on my 1099 is different from the one that the program filled in so I changed it to reflect my 1099 now it will not except my zip code as correct?

The IRS tracks your 1099 by your social security number and does not use your address on the form when processing your return.  Delete the form you are having a problem with and the re-enter information as shown.
