My 2020 info is not transferred over to 2021, anyone else?

I've used online version for several years and the basic info always transfers over. Just started 2021 and had to retype all my info... Now I realize none of my business info is ported either. How do I make sure all the information is transferred from 2020 to 2021?

You probably logged into the wrong account.  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
