My 1099R is showing my IRA loan outflow, but not the repayment. How can I enter the repayment so the properly repaid loan is not treated as a taxable distribution?

If you got a 1099R for it then it was not a loan but a distribution.   Did you pay it back within 60 days?   Then you say you moved it to another account even if you put it back into the same account.  It will be a Rollover.
