My 1099-R form has money rolled over to both Traditional and Roth IRA. But my Online Premier account doesn't give a choice to add only part of the money to Roth IRA.

How do I proceed? The question I have to answer in Turbotax online premier is if the whole amount is converted to Roth or not. But only a part of the amount is converted to Roth and rest is converted to traditional IRA.

To accommodate TurboTax's limitations on handling a code-G Form 1099-R that reports rollovers to both traditional and Roth IRAs, you must split the Form 1099-R into two, one for the portion rolled over to the traditional IRA and the other for the portion rolled over to the Roth IRA.  With no tax withholding, this splitting of the form will be transparent to the IRS.
