My 1099-G Lists my state in box 10a but does not list a state identification number. What should I do? My 1099 states that I need to review it

Since no state income tax was withheld, leave boxes 10a, 10b, and 11 blank. You do not need the state in box 10a.

Is there an amount of state tax withheld in box 11?

If box 11 is blank or zero then 10a, 10b and 11 should be blank.
