My 1099-DIV doesn't list a state in line 14, but TurboTax is requiring me to enter a state. I called the bank and they're stumped. What should I do?

1) Unless there is an actual $$ amount in box 16, leave boxes 14, 15 16 entirely blank.

or if that doesn't work

2) Delete that form and enter it again...manually. Don't import, don't take a picture....enter ti manually.

Select the 1099-DIV form...then "Change how I enter my form", then "Type it in myself"
