My 1099-b uploaded by turbo tax is off by $10 or so. How can I adjust it? The printed 1099-b has a $10+ difference vs the turbo upload in the cost basis?

So there must be an easy way to adjust this. Going thru every transaction isnt practical. If I could just adjust the basis, all figures would match, Ideras?

It's probably due to rounding errors.

If you open the 1099-B works in the forms mode errors may show up with a red ! and highlighted.  This may give you an indication of what transitions need to be adjusted.

To switch to Forms Mode, open your return and click the Forms icon in the upper-right corner of your screen (or choose Forms from the View menu at top).

The 1040 Worksheet will display and all the forms in your return will be listed on the left side. Simply select a form to open it.

To switch back to the interview, click the Step-by-Step icon in the upper right corner, or choose it from the View menu.

Thanks for the reply, but there is an issue. You state to switch to Forms mode to identify those entries in the 1099-b that need to be adjusted... There is no Forms mode that I can find on Turbo Tax Premier. I looked up this issue & it states the cd edition has the forms mode. I don't need the cd edition. So, this is what I did instead: I manually entered the 1099-b summary, which has the correct basis. Then Turbo tax premier allows me to upload the entire 2020 Tax reporting statement (in pdf form), which has, 1009-div, 1009-int, 1099-misc, 1099-b. So Turbo will send the PDF to the IRS. My only CONCERN:  Turbo stated to upload the 1099-b. I am not able to only upload just the 1009-b, as the Document contains all the other forms (   1009-div, 1009-int, 1099-misc ) so they all uploaded. My wonder is if this will confuse the IRS (or cause double reporting), since Turbo Tax had already uploaded 1009-div, 1009-int, 1099-misc prior to getting to the 1099-b reporting. Do you think this is an issue? If so, what to do about it. If this is not clear, let me know. Also, If needed you can call me if allowed. Thanks !!

The pdf that TurboTax creates will be fine for the IRS.  The only transactions that will affect your taxes are the actual transactions that you included in TurboTax.  The pdf form is just documentation.  It will not be used by the IRS to report or change your taxes.
