You can pay directly via the IRS website which is the recommended way or you can pay by check. Be sure to include your SSN on your check and the tax year.
Which state? Most states offer the same payment methods on the state website.
When did you receive the payments? If it was in 2023, then you could make a payment with your tax returns that you are filing now.
