You probably did not choose the RRB form type that is different form a regular 1099-R form.
Box 7 - Total Gross Paid - This is the sum of the
amounts shown in Boxes 4, 5, and 6. The amount represents the total
pension paid in the tax year indicated on the Form RRB-1099-R.
It is calculated and does not need to be entered.

If you enter the box 4, 5 & 6 amounts and switch to the forms mode and view the RRB-1099-R you will find box 7 with the calculated total.
Actually, there isn't anything that asks me about the RRB-1099-R in the 2020 TurboTax Deluxe desktop edition (CD). It only asks about the RRB-1099. This isn't the only problem I'm having with the 2020 edition. The other major problem is that it imports the wrong figures for 2019. I need help or I need a refund so I can go try software that isn't so messed up.
